Echografisch geleid Cytologische Punctie

Bij een cytologische punctie worden cellen weggehaald uit het lichaam. Bijvoorbeeld op de plek waar een afwijking is gevonden. Deze cellen worden daarna in het laboratorium onderzocht. Het onderzoek duurt in totaal 15 tot 30 minuten. De uitslag krijgt u meestal na een week. Bij bepaalde klachten moet u de arts bellen.
